Industry sponsors retain all rights to intellectual property developed during the project. IP you provide to the team to work on the project is likewise protected.
Public presentations are a key element in providing the necessary educational experience for our students. We encourage sponsors to file patents prior to presentations in order to enable a public forum. We work with sponsors to resolve confidentiality or proprietary issues prior to public presentations.
