Requirements Analysis Design Review
- Project Value Proposition
- Engineering Requirements Specifications – requirements matrix, software specification, requirement metrics, etc
- Schedule for project-specific milestones
- Anticipated documentation to be delivered to sponsor as design package
Preliminary Design Review
- Visual representations of the architecture, such as: UML diagrams, flowcharts, use case diagrams, block diagrams, sketches or preliminary drawings, schematics, wireframes
