These documents will vary from project to project. Your team must include what makes sense for your project and what your sponsor needs.

Requirements Analysis Design Review

• Project Value Proposition
• Engineering Requirements Specifications – requirements matrix, software specification, requirement metrics, etc
• Schedule for project-specific milestones
• Anticipated documentation to be delivered to sponsor as design package

Preliminary Design Review

• Visual representations of the architecture, such as: UML diagrams, flowcharts, use case diagrams, block diagrams, sketches or preliminary drawings, schematics, wireframes
