| There are two formal presentations for each Capstone team, one in December and one at the conclusion of the project in April. In years when there is a not a pandemic requiring virtual presentations, these are public presentations held on campus. Teams exclude information from the presentation that sponsors request they exclude. |

| For the mid-project presentations in December, sponsors may request a closed session for the team presentation that requires participants to sign an NDA prior to entry into the presentation room. |

| In April, it is educationally advantageous for all students to participate in the presentations and a public Design Fair. We ask all sponsors to secure a provisional patent prior to the Design Fair in order to protect any IP that needs protection. Sponsors may also request exclusion of specific details from the presentation and the poster that will be displayed at the Design Fair. |
